What we collect
Account details (name, email address, and brokerage or company name), listing and property details, and any seller contact or financial information that an agent chooses to enter into a listing. Photos attached to a listing are stored with that listing. Your brokerage or company name is collected at sign-up and is used only to verify that you are a licensed real estate professional before your account is approved.
What the Admin Can See
As the app administrator, I can see registered agent names, email addresses, brokerage names, and a list of listing addresses and their status (e.g. Intake, Active, Closed) for oversight and approval purposes. I do NOT have access to seller names, seller phone numbers, seller financial information, listing notes, disclosures, or photos within any agent’s individual listings — that information is private to the agent who entered it.
How data is stored
Data is stored securely in our managed cloud database (Supabase), with database-level access rules that restrict each record to the account that created it. Some data may also be cached on your device so the app works offline.
Agent data isolation
Each agent’s listings are private to their own account and isolated from other agents. Agents cannot view, edit, or search another agent’s listings.
Sharing
Data is not sold or shared with third parties. Service providers used to operate the app (such as our database and email delivery providers) process data solely on our behalf.
Beta status
This is currently a beta product, and our practices may evolve as the product matures. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
