About Home Capture Pro
Home Capture Pro is a listing intake and net sheet tool designed to help agents capture property details and estimate closing costs efficiently during listing appointments. It is not a customer relationship management (CRM) system, transaction management platform, or system of record, and is not intended to replace your existing CRM, brokerage systems, or MLS. Home Capture Pro is a supplementary tool intended to simplify the listing appointment process, not a comprehensive business management solution.
1. Beta software, provided “as-is”
Home Capture Pro is a beta product provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
2. All calculations are estimates
Every figure the app produces — including seller net sheets, transfer tax amounts, commission estimates, buyer cost-to-close and any other computed output — is an estimate only and is not a substitute for professional verification. You must confirm figures with a title company, county recorder’s office, attorney, or lender before relying on them with a client.
3. Limitation of liability
Home Capture Pro and Loud Main Media are not liable for discrepancies between app estimates and actual closing figures, or for any business or legal outcomes resulting from use of the app.
4. Beta pricing
This app is currently offered free of charge during its beta period. There is no set timeline for introducing a paid version. If Home Capture Pro transitions to a paid subscription model in the future, all current users will be notified in advance before any charges apply, and will have the option to continue as a paid subscriber or discontinue use at that time.
5. Access and termination
We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate any user’s access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice — especially during the beta period. Accounts may require approval before they can be used.
6. Your data and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you personally enter, including property details, seller information, and any figures used in calculations. You are also responsible for handling client information in line with your own professional and legal obligations.
